A reflection on the fatality and relativity of instants, situations and events, expressed with wit and humour. Thing can but not have to happen, a single reason evokes tens of consequences, but, on the other hand, if the rule of reasons and consequences is cancelled, nothing is ever repeated. The Christian name of Einstein in the title is not a mere coincidence.
